Meet Our Founder

Pastor Derwin Davis is a man of faith and prayer who is passionate about God’s word. 

Using his diverse gifts and talents as a devoted pastor, brilliant businessman, masterful musician, and empowering educator, he is diligently working to fulfill his life’s mission, “Helping people WIN in life.”

Pastor Davis is a native of Atlanta. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Tennessee State University, majoring in Music and philosophy and religion. He received a Master of Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice College and Seminary (Lithonia, GA). Pastor Davis also received an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership at the University of West Georgia. 

He also received an Honorary Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership.

Following the urging of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Davis was licensed to preach the Gospel in 2006 by his spiritual father, Bishop Kelvin L. Leavy, Judah Temple of Praise Ministries (Nashville, TN). He was later ordained an elder by Bishop James D. Nelson, founder of World Assemblies of Restoration (Baltimore, MD). He currently serves as the C.F.O. for Enoch Fellowship of Churches under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Leavy.

Pastor Davis has extensive ministry experience, having served as a Church Musician and Minister of Music for over 25 years and as a Senior Pastor for over 16 years. Pastor Davis founded Winlives INC. and planted Reach Church in the Spring of 2022.

He is married to Dr. Sharifa Davis and has a son, Asher Simmons
